RN Territory Clinical Manager - Home Health & QA Lead
Job Juncture
Job Juncture seeks a seasoned RN leader to supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations in a home health setting. You will ensure care meets standards, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and oversee care plans and regulatory compliance. You will guide clinicians on emergency protocols, mentor staff, and drive QA activities while supporting accreditation readiness and audits.
