As a Payroll Specialist at Tridec Technologies, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce. Your expertise will enhance employee satisfaction and trust, ultimately contributing to a more engaged and productive workplace.

What You'll Do:

• Process payroll for all employees, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate with timely submissions.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure all employee data is current and compliant, driving a 15% reduction in payroll discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial integrity.
• Prepare and submit payroll taxes and reports, meeting all deadlines and reducing late submissions to zero.
• Implement and optimize payroll systems and processes, aiming for a 20% increase in efficiency.
• Assist in audits and provide documentation as needed, supporting a smooth audit process with zero findings.
• Educate employees on payroll policies and procedures, improving employee understanding by 30% through effective communication initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday or ADP.
• Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP or FPC).
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
