Pay Rate: $22.96 per hour
Location: Torrance, CA
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

Perform electronic assembly and repair of Surface Mount and Through Hole components, including soldering and desoldering.
Utilize measuring equipment, test equipment, and hand tools such as air drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, presses, and other tooling fixtures.
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
Maintain and support a safe, clean work environment.
Facilitate ongoing continuous improvement in support of quality, productivity, and growth objectives.
Ensure compatibility and safety of electrical systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Must reside within 50 miles of Torrance, CA.
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to read and understand schematics and manufacturing drawings.
Previous electronics manufacturing and hand-soldering experience.
Minimum 1 year of hand soldering experience.

Benefits:

Continuous noise exposure when machines are running.
Use of chemicals, flux, and thinner with solder fume exposure.
Indoors work environment located on the first floor.
Overtime is scheduled regularly throughout the year.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and ESD smock provided and required.
Protective gloves may be required for specific applications.
