Remote Director of Talent Automation & AI Ops
Micro1
micro1 is seeking a Director of Talent Automations to scale talent operations using advanced automation. This highly technical, hands-on role will own the product direction and work closely with Talent Operations and Ops Engineering to design end-to-end automation.
Responsibilities include designing a TO Dept Agent, integrating LLMs, and refining systems with feedback data. Equity and performance-based bonuses are available, with a remote-friendly, national scope.
