Marketing Ops Engineer: AI-Driven Automation & Salesforce

Blackthorn is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing tech stack. You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related tools, build AI-powered automations, and deliver dashboards that show campaign ROI. You should have hands-on experience with marketing automation, data integrations, and working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management and conversions.
