Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with IEP processes and related documentation
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop targeted interventions
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Manage and maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Foster student engagement and progress through individualized and group therapy
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Support the integration of assistive technology as needed
