Commercial Services Specialist II (Manheim)

What You'll Do: Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders. Proactively identify enhancement opportunities. Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance. Take ownership of high-revenue locations, ensuring accountability and excellence for key, highly complex client accounts. Offer direct support and communication to account holders, understanding their requirements and challenges while communicating potential issues. Coordinate with the national account representative to follow account‑specific procedures, preparing and auditing sale vehicle run processes including run order, scheduling, notice to customer account, vehicle repairs, accurate charge posting (pre‑sale and limited post‑sale), reporting, invoicing, etc. Monitor vehicle sales processes, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure accuracy for a positive client experience. Develop positive relationships with clients, understand their vehicle requirements, and explain auction processes, vehicle availability, and delivery procedures. Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, using programs to verify inventory meets specifications, identify missing vehicles, and collaborate with representatives to ensure vehicles are prepared for sale with suitable imaging and announcements. Coordinate vehicle transportation, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of emerging issues. Review Condition Reports to capture required announcements (Structural, Flood, True Miles Unknown, AS IS - NAAA guidelines for miles and age), Branded Title, Manufacturer's Buyback, etc. Ensure file jackets for client audits include proper documentation and invoicing. Serve as a liaison between clients and all auction departments. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to post accurate charges, process and send invoices, and pursue collections. Prioritize tasks within the comprehensive lifecycle of auctioned cars. Maintain professionalism and appreciation for the business relationships with clients and Manheim. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, staying receptive to change and multitasking. Commit to providing excellent customer service. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field or 5 years' experience in a related field required. Prior clerical or administrative experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.). Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Safe driver needed; valid driver's license required. Preferred Requirements: 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience in the automotive industry preferred. Compensation: Hourly pay rate is in the range of $24.09 - $36.11/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
