The candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAct as the primary point of contact for SUD/behavioral health clients/liliManage end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success/liliCollaborate with operations, billing, AR, and coding teams to ensure accurate and timely RCM delivery/liliProvide subject matter expertise in SUD billing, payer requirements, and compliance/liliMonitor and analyze KPIs (AR days, collections, denial rates, reimbursement trends)/liliLead implementation and transition processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients/liliConduct regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)/liliDrive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities/liliPartner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure service quality and performance outcomes/liliAct as a client advocate, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded/liliIdentify process improvements and optimization opportunities within SUD RCM workflows/liliSupport business development by providing insights on client needs and market trends/liliEnsure compliance with SUD regulations, payer policies, and state/federal guidelines/liliTravel as required based on client and business needs/li/ulpIdeal Skills We Are Seeking:/pulliStrong expertise in SUD / Behavioral Health RCM processes/liliExcellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities (denials, AR, revenue leakage)/liliProven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously/liliExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills/liliExperience working with offshore delivery teams/liliSelf-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized/li/ulpRequired Qualification:/pulliBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience/lili57 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with direct exposure to SUD / Behavioral Health/liliStrong knowledge of SUD billing, coding, payer guidelines, and compliance/liliExperience managing client relationships in a healthcare/RCM environment/liliExperience working with US healthcare providers and payer systems/li/ul/div
