Senior Human Resources Manager

We are exclusively supporting a growing life sciences organisation in the appointment of a Human Resources Manager to take ownership of the HR function at a South Carolina site. This is a true HR department-of-one opportunity, supporting a workforce of fewer than 100 employees. The role offers broad ownership across both strategic and day-to-day HR, working directly with site leadership in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The opportunity: Own the full HR function for the site Act as a trusted partner to leadership and managers Lead employee relations, recruitment, performance management and workforce planning Oversee compensation, benefits, HR policies and compliance Develop and improve HR processes as the organisation continues to grow Support a mix of corporate, technical and operational employees We are looking for: 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience Experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, CDMO, manufacturing or another regulated environment Someone comfortable operating independently as the sole HR resource A pragmatic HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take full ownership of an HR function and have a direct impact on a growing organisation.
