You will play a key role interacting with enterprise teams and product management to analyze and write user stories to develop features that consider user experience, accessibility, performance, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability. Under general guidance, this position is responsible for developing project plans, managing projects, monitoring project performance, and developing implementation plans for highly complex technology solutions. The most suitable hire for this position will be a technical candidate with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors, and business unit customers. Location: Hybrid (Lakeland, FL). Oversee the point-of-sale project and collaborate with engineering teams. Ensure all deliverables adhere to security and architectural standards as well as established departmental methodologies and practices. Plan and coordinate team projects by optimizing resource allocation and defining key milestones to ensure alignment with business objectives and technology requirements. Cultivate and sustain effective partnerships with business area representatives to ensure alignment on strategic direction, prioritization, and development initiatives. Maintain productive relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
