Colonial Plumbing Heating Air is seeking to hire a full-time Plumbing Technician / Journeyman Plumber to service, diagnose issues with, repair, and install plumbing equipment and systems for our commercial clients in Colonial Heights, VA. The typical schedule for this position is based on project schedules which may require some overtime and weekends as needed. Can you provide above-and-beyond customer service? Combined with spiffs and bonuses, you can earn $60,000-$80,000/year! We also offer health benefits, dental and AFLAC options (pre-tax), AD&D and term life insurances, and a 401(k) plan. We offer six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and generous PTO (personal time off) after 90 days:40 hours - start through year 380 hours - 3rd year through year 6120 hours - 7th year through year 19160 hours - 20th year+We'll even match your current annual PTO! Do you take pride in your work? Are you honest and reliable? Do you have good communication skills and the ability to explain technical things in layman's terms?
