Job Summary Technology & Outsourcing practice group is seeking an associate with at least 6 years of experience to join their team. You will lead complex commercial transactions focusing on blockchain/crypto matters. You must have deep crypto knowledge and strong technology transactions experience. M&A experience in the crypto space is a plus. You can work from Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York. Qualifications Significant crypto/blockchain knowledge and experience. 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm). Must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will practice.
