Seasonal Administrative AssistantThe Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Small Business Advisory Service Lines for the following time frame January 2027 through April 2027. This is a on-site position in our East Aurora, New York location.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free workTrack engagements with the use of Access softwarePaper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systemsCoordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and othersOrganize, update, and maintain calendarsManage multiple prioritiesQualificationsMinimum of High School Diploma or GED CertificateMinimum of two years of relevant experienceKnowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuationThe salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.Hours of Operation:This is a seasonal, on-site positionOur office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on FridayOur team prides itself on flexibility; however, during busy season the ability to work additional hours is necessary.At The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
