About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality & Compliance to lead the strategy that safeguards quality, compliance, and patient care across its expanding healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be the enterprise leader responsible for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and organizational risk, with a focus on Home Health and Home Care operations. This role goes beyond traditional compliance, as the VP will serve as the compliance authority, partnering with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors to shape the systems, processes, and quality infrastructure that support the company's growth. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise quality and compliance, driving regulatory excellence, improving clinical quality and outcomes, strengthening operational infrastructure, and developing teams and leaders. Applicants for the Vice President of Quality & Compliance position at the company should be strategic thinkers, calm and decisive during audits and surveys, and highly collaborative with exceptional communication skills. The role requires a leader who is passionate about building strong teams and driving operational excellence, with the ability to influence without relying solely on authority. The ideal candidate will have an active, unrestricted RN license, a minimum of 5 years' of home health leadership experience, and comprehensive knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, PDGM, Medicare & Medicaid regulations, and accreditation standards. Experience in leading enterprise compliance programs within a multi-site healthcare organization and a proven track record in managing regulatory surveys, corrective action plans, and compliance investigations are essential. Previous leadership experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed healthcare organization is strongly preferred.
