Core Responsibilities Providing excellent client service from start to finish. Greeting clients warmly and explaining their service. Creating a comfortable experience, especially for first‑time clients or those with sensitive skin. Performing services with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment room before, during, and after each shift. Communicating with the team regarding service changes, client needs, or special requests. Learning and understanding our service menu, product line, discounts, packages, and memberships. Educating clients on products, packages, memberships, aftercare, and add‑on services that may benefit them. Supporting client retention through excellent service and consistent rebooking.Presenting memberships, products, and add‑on services in a natural, client‑focused way. Meeting rebooking, membership sales, add‑on service, and client retention goals. Maintaining Oregon state licensing requirements. Following all cleanliness and sanitation standards for rooms, tools, and equipment. Standing for extended periods of time during shifts. Contributing to a positive, team‑oriented salon culture.
