Recruiting CoordinatorThe Recruiting Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle with a primary focus on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. This position partners with recruiters to attract, select, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applicants, administering onboarding processes, and providing general HR guidance to managers and team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Meets weekly with Recruiters to evaluate portfolio needs.Assist with creating and approving job requisitions.Source and screen property management candidatesAssist with recruiting strategies using job boards, industry networks, trade schools, referrals, and career fairs, industry networking events, etc.Coordinate candidate assessments invitations.Work with recruiters to draft offer letters and conduct onboarding activities.Conduct verbal offersInitiate and track background checks, drug screenings, and references.Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system or HRIS, ensuring notes, statuses, and candidate records are accurate and current.Consult with Recruiters to understand staffing needsProvide status updates and recruiting metrics to leaders throughout the hiring processParticipate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreachPromote the organization's employment brand to attract high-quality talentOther duties as assignedQualification Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferredHR Certification preferred2-3 years recruiting experience preferredExperience with an HRIS preferredExcellent organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Minimal travel requiredTraining Requirements:Continuing education requiredTravel:10-15%Physical Demands:Stands and walks or reaches with hands and armsUses hands to finger, handle and feel.Regularly sits, talks and needs to hear.Lifts up to 25 pounds.Work Environment:Normally works in an environment with moderate noise.
