Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Store Hours: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturdays

Eileen’s Colossal Cookies is looking for a dependable, motivated Bakery Supervisor to join our Lincoln team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position that helps support the Store Manager and the daily operation of the bakery.

As a Bakery Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the team while helping keep daily operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. When the Store Manager is not present, you’ll take the lead on the shift, provide direction to employees, address day-to-day issues, and help ensure the bakery operates according to company standards.

What You'll Do

• Help lead day-to-day bakery operations and provide direction to employees during your shifts.

• Step into the lead role and oversee the shift when the Store Manager is not present.

• Train and coach employees on bakery procedures, customer service, cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.

• Lead by example with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, professionalism, and sense of urgency.

• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently.

• Help maintain consistent product quality and excellent customer service.

• Work alongside the team with baking, decorating, customer orders, stocking, prep work, cleaning, and other daily bakery operations.

• Assist with inventory and bakery organization.

• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.

• Follow and help enforce cash-handling, closing, food-safety, security, and store procedures.

• Communicate staffing, employee performance, and operational concerns to management.

• Help maintain a positive and respectful workplace while holding team members accountable.

• Assist with training, staffing, and shift coverage between both Lincoln locations.

Schedule & Availability

Our stores operate between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and major holidays.

Because this is a full-time leadership position, applicants must have open and dependable availability within our operating hours, including Saturdays, opening and closing shifts, and peak seasonal periods.

Strong attendance and punctuality are essential. Supervisors may also be asked to assist with shift coverage when business needs require additional leadership support.

Primary Location & Two-Store Flexibility

The Bakery Supervisor will be assigned a primary store location and will work at that location the majority of the time. This position is not intended to routinely rotate between stores.

Because we operate two Eileen’s Colossal Cookies locations in Lincoln, Supervisors must have reliable transportation and the flexibility to work at the other location when needed for staffing coverage, training, operational support, or other business needs.

Supervisors are expected to maintain the same leadership, customer service, cleanliness, and product-quality standards at both locations.

Previous leadership, restaurant, bakery, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates who demonstrate the right combination of dependability, work ethic, maturity, and leadership potential.

This Is a Hands-On Leadership Position

Our Bakery Supervisors don't simply oversee other employees. They work alongside the team, set the pace, solve problems, train employees, and help make sure the bakery is ready to serve our customers every day.
