On-Demand Desktop Support Engineer (Freelance)

Sharp Brains is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite Level 1/2 support across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals at a client site in Allen, TX. You will cover when the primary engineer is unavailable due to leave, travel, or training, and schedule will be shared in advance. This is a flexible, project-based, on-demand contract (1099).
