About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for PDS Digital Transformation and Fusion. This pivotal role is focused on leading the design and execution of a cross-functional operating model that integrates digital, data, AI, and advanced analytics into core business processes. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a wide-scale transformation, driving the adoption of product-based delivery, and end-to-end workflow redesign, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading the enterprise Fusion team, establishing standards for governance and performance management, and overseeing the integration of AI and digital tools into workflows. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in enterprise-scale transformation, strong experience in digital and AI domains, and the ability to influence and align with senior stakeholders. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12-15 years of leadership experience in business transformation within an operational environment. Deep experience in digital, data, analytics, AI, or technology domains is essential, with a preference for those who have operated in regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams, be adept at translating business needs into digital solutions, and possess excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
