Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic

LVN – Outpatient Clinic

Day shift, 5x8-hour, from 08:00 to 20:00.

Floating required; possibly one weekend per month to assist at an Urgent Care location if needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Active California LVN license.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & blood withdrawal.
• Flu vaccine (no declinations/exemptions).
• Special requirements: Phlebotomy and IV start skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Perform patient assessments and document changes in condition.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
