Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic

LVN – Outpatient Clinic Infusion

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 - 17:00).

Floating may be required; on-call and weekend shifts are not required.

2 years of outpatient clinic experience.

Active LVN license in California.

Current certifications in BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood.

Flu vaccine required (no declinations or exemptions).

Familiarity with Epic EMR system.

Provide nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist in patient assessments and documentation.

Monitor patient reactions and report any concerns.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans.
