Warehouse Associate / Packer - 3 Day Weekends!

The Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
The Perk: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OFF.
The Growth: Start at $16/hr . After your 60-day probation, we review your attendance and pace. If you're hitting targets, you can earn an immediate bump to $17–$18/hr .

What You’ll Do

As a Packer, you are the final step in getting our products to the customer. You’ll be responsible for:

Accurate Packing: Using correct sleeves, labels, and boxes to meet customer specifications.
Production Work: Slicing, cutting, taping, and stacking finished goods.
Quality Control: Inspecting products to ensure only the highest quality items are shipped.
Team Coordination: Helping with dispatch and collaborating with teammates to keep the workflow moving.
Safety First: Operating slicers and bandsaws safely and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

Reliability: You are someone who takes pride in showing up on time every day.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/stack boxes onto pallets.
Team Player: Willing to learn and adjust your pace based on the team’s needs.
Basic Skills: Ability to read/write in English and perform basic math (adding/subtracting and working with weights/volumes).
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a great work ethic!
