Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. No experience? No problem. We provide full training for candidates who have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. This is a "hub" role where you manage everything coming into our facility and ensure our customers receive high-quality, accurately staged orders.

What You’ll Do

Receiving: Unload bulk materials (foam, glue, grit, pallets) and inventory machine parts/consumables.
Order Fulfillment: Build, stage, and allocate orders on the warehouse floor.
Logistics: Gather weights and dimensions, create packing slips, and coordinate with customer carriers.
Outbound Loading: Perform final counts and safely load outbound shipments.
Warehouse Care: Keep finished skids wrapped and labeled, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For

Reliability: You’re a "morning person" who can consistently start at 6:00 AM.
Speed & Accuracy: You enjoy a fast-paced environment where the day goes by quickly.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing/walking for 10-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Communication: Ability to coordinate with drivers and customers professionally.
