Picker/Packer (General Labor)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Pick, receive, distribute, and put away parts in correct pre-determined locations. Perform daily 5S tasks to ensure lab safety and audit readiness. Perform basic problem solving to help resolve issues. Proactively find and resolve safety issues. Work with a diverse team to achieve daily schedules.

The essential requirements of the job include: High school degree (or equivalent degree). No experience required, will train. Must be able to lift 50lbs infrequently. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Reach truck operation (standing forklift and scissor lifts). Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Working knowledge of Oracle.

(1st Shift) 6AM-4:30PM Monday thru Thursday

Pay Rate: $18/hr Bill Rate: $24.30/hr Shift: M-T 6am to 4:30pm (10 hour shifts with a 30min lunch)

First day logistics: They will start at 8:30am only on their first day to do training/orientation. After that it'll be the above schedule. Location: 2295 Progress Dr Hebron KY 41048 Start: ASAP Length: 1 month minimum based on performance and attendance Rapid hire (so only DT needs to clear before they start while BGC is still finishing) We will continue with a stay bonus for temps that have "good" attendance $500 at 30 days and $500 at 60 days Good attendance means: they can only be absent once OR late twice during these times
