Client Service Associate, Employee Benefits

Position Summary Client Service Associate – Support the Account Management Team with high-volume administrative duties, including managing the Broker Management System, processing enrollments and changes, requesting renewals, and providing customer service. Responsibilities Administrative support for the Account Management Team. Set up, maintain and update the Broker Management System. Process enrollments, changes, and termination requests as needed. Request carrier renewals, documents, and invoices. Support printing and shipping needs. Assist with value‑add invoicing processing. Help manage the intake process. Research enrollment and billing requests. Deliver high-quality work with a professional demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of related customer service or health‑care/benefits administration experience (or equivalent education and experience). High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong customer‑service skills and the ability to handle difficult or emotional situations. Proficient problem-solving skills: identify, analyze, and develop solutions in a timely manner. Excellent multi‑tasking ability and capacity to manage a high volume of work. Effective teamwork and collaboration. Knowledge of HUB International policies, procedures, and communication best practices. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate $20.00–$26.44. The actual rate depends on skills, experience, education, licensing, location, and business line. Employment Type Hybrid role – a few days in the office and a few days remote. Required Travel No travel required.
