Duration: 1 Year and 6 Months Long term Contract Hours: Part time - 15-25 hours per week (flexible hours) Payrate: $39.00 per hr on W2 Format and produce learning materials (eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, etc.) using: Adobe InDesign (primary tool) Articulate Storyline Microsoft PowerPoint Apply and maintain consistency with established visual and instructional design standards set by the Creative Director. Collaborate with project managers and instructional designers to ensure timely delivery of assets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency. Conduct light quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure formatting accuracy and functionality. Maintain organized file structures and version control for all deliverables. Education Requirement Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field (Associates Degree minimum required) Required Skills/Attributes Articulate Storyline Microsoft PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and brand/style guidelines. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Strong organizational and file management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field. Desired Skills/Attributes Experience working in Learning & Development, education, or corporate training environments. Prior experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in learning content.
