Key Responsibilities
- Oversee training, cash management, and food safety.
- Ensure smooth operations at the drive-thru and front counter.
- Resolve conflicts and handle customer and employee complaints.
- Manage employee scheduling and labor costs.
- Participate in market meetings and collaborate with the leadership team.

Essential Skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
