Personal Lines Account Manager

Position: Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Miami Metro Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented insurance professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, managing renewals, processing policy changes, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client service requests including policy renewals, coverage adjustments, and general inquiries Evaluate and recommend appropriate coverage options based on client needs Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved coverage during policy reviews Provide re-quoting and remarketing services for personal insurance products Support producers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance Active Florida 220 or 2044 insurance license Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Why Join Us: Our team is part of a larger network of high-performing agencies across the country, focused on long-term growth and operational excellence.
