What You'll Do Meet production quality, quantity, and safety standards on the shift Act as a liaison between management and plant personnel Assign daily work assignments to maximize shift operations and keep management abreast of disruptions or changes to output Work alongside employees to shear and bend rebar, operate overhead crane and load/unload trailers with shipments Assist in the development of employees including training, holding employees accountable and providing performance feedback to the Shift Supervisor What You'll Need Minimum 2 years of experience within the construction or manufacturing industry preferred Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a positive manner Must be willing to work in the elements most of the workday Some heavy lifting will be necessary Your Education High School Diploma or GED required CMC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, citizenship, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, or other status protected by federal, state or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr CMC
