Rehab Aide – Full-Time

$16.35/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare or therapy who wants to gain hands-on experience while supporting residents and an experienced clinical team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and organize therapy areas for daily treatment sessions
• Assist residents with transportation to and from scheduled therapy
• Clean and sanitize rehabilitation equipment
• Keep the therapy gym organized, stocked, and ready for use
• Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Assist with general department tasks and daily workflow
• Help maintain a welcoming and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working with residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in rehabilitation, therapy, or healthcare is a plus
