Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Tennessee Special Education (SPED) License and credentials required
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher in K-12 environments preferred

• Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic school settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Inclusion Teacher, collaborating with general education staff to provide accommodations and modifications
• Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff to sustain student success
