Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Tennessee Special Education teaching license and credentials.

- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and educational teams.
- organizational skills for maintaining IEP documentation and implementing student plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to K-12 students in inclusive classroom settings.
- Adapt curriculum and modify teaching strategies to meet individualized education plan (IEP) goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support students within mainstream classrooms.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Foster a supportive, safe, and positive environment that encourages student development and engagement.
- Communicate with parents, guardians, and support staff to ensure students’ needs are being met effectively.
