What You'll Do
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide general information about the community and assist with questions
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain community directories
- Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support daily office operations using computer programs and office systems
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication, phone, and data entry skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and related systems
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Professional, dependable, and welcoming attitude
