Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish baseline treatment criteria.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic interventions suited to the clients' conditions.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with established legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Healthfy Counseling Center, our clientele includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. Some clients may be dealing with addiction issues or traumatic experiences that require specialized therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Connecticut.

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Healthfy Counseling Center offers comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions. Malpractice insurance coverage is also provided.
