Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to support our growing team of account executives. This position is essential in helping our account executives navigate the operational intricacies of their day-to-day processes, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. The sales support specialist will interface with both internal and external customers while performing a variety of ad-hoc and structured value-add processes in support of our overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Collaboration and Communication Point of contact between customers and sales team, facilitating communication regarding new bids, updated pricing and various other customer needs Support internal operations teams by addressing customer communication needs as they arise Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing timely updates Insights and Reporting Monitor bidding reports and process to ensure customer needs are met Collaborate with internal operations teams to verify accurate purchase orders are being issued in timely manner Create ad-hoc reports to provide insights and support both the customer and sales team Document and vet scopes of work to ensure alignment with customer expectations Maintain records of customer interactions to support better decision making Networking and Relationship Management Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and other industry stakeholders Requirements Advanced Microsoft Office / Excel skills required.
