Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician

Position Details Location: Maplewood, MO, 63143, United States Base Pay: $45,760.00 - $83,200.00 per year Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 Job Category: General Maintenance / Facilities Required Degree: High School Diploma or equivalent Management: No Minimum Qualifications 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and able to pass an MVR report Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years’ experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade. 1 year of experience using intermediate functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Can lift up to 75 lbs. Can move up and down ladders frequently. Comfortable working at heights frequently. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment) and hand/power tools. Utilize the work order management system to receive reactive repair work orders to support stores and store associates and document repair activities. Provide a prompt response to emergency maintenance calls. Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
