Teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and provide feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department. Description: A leading hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join their Emergency Department. This facility has earned national recognition for clinical quality and safety. The department is a Level II trauma center and a comprehensive stroke center with high patient volume. Nurses will work in a dynamic environment that focuses on teamwork and patient-centered care. Patient ratios are typically 4:1, and up to 7:1 for behavioral health holds. Staffing includes techs who assist with cardiac monitoring and triage. Advanced skills are essential for providing care in this fast-paced setting. Candidates should be prepared to float within the Emergency Department as needed.
