Overview Join to apply for the FICO DM developer role at Russell Tobin Duration: Long term Contract Base pay range $60.00/hr - $60.00/hr Responsibilities Role: FICO DM Developer Skills: FICO DM Exp: 10 Years & Above Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in FICO Decision Management or similar roles. Strong understanding of data analytics, decision modeling, and predictive modeling techniques. Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Lead a team of developers, analysts, and business users in the implementation and enhancement of decision management solutions. Develop and execute the strategic vision for FICO DM within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design, develop, and maintain FICO Decision Management models and systems. Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of decision management solutions. Continuously monitor and optimize model performance and decision strategies. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for FICO DM implementations. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities. Train and mentor team members on best practices and emerging trends in decision management. Ensure all decision management systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement robust risk management frameworks to minimize operational risks associated with decisioning. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
