About the role:

As the Construction Superintendent you will work to create safe, and attractive facilities for our guests and campers to enjoy God's creation, rest, fellowship, have fun, and find spiritual renewal. You will help construct and preserve the backbone of New Life Ranch (the facilities), creating a space where guests and campers can come to encounter God. You will do this by helping construct, expand, remodel, enhance, repair and maintain the physical properties of New Life Ranch across all of her sites (with a stronger emphasis at Frontier Cove in Adair) while working under the direction of the Construction Manager.

About you:

• You are competent in plan reading and assessment of specifications.
• You have extensive experience in building construction.
• You have an ability to work, or learn to work, heavy construction machinery.
• You can systematically think through and manage multiple projects at once.
• You are self-motivated and take initiative in your work.
• You exhibit Christlike character and professionalism in your behavior, language and attitude, and will hold others to the same.
• You have basic computer literacy, including an ability to navigate virtual meetings.
• You are a team player, who willingly serves, and won't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.
