Our team is diverse & international (we're coming from all over the world - so we're speaking 16 languages), and have teams in Germany; Spain; Czechia, Finland, the US & Indonesia.
We're expanding our global marketing team and are looking for a Marketing Associate to help strengthen our online presence through SEO, content creation, and social media.
As a Marketing Associate, your role is to make Avomind visible, relevant, and engaging for clients and candidates across the Americas regions, with a focus on the US. You'll work closely with our business and recruitment teams to localize our messaging, increase brand discoverability, and drive inbound growth organically. We're not looking for someone to just run paid campaigns or boost posts—we want someone who can grow our brand organically and think strategically. Here's what that looks like day-to-day:
- Drive visibility: Position our company as a leading recruitment partner in the Americas region by optimizing our online presence and authority.
- Optimise our SEO strategy: Manage on-page and off-page SEO, keyword planning, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
- Create growth partnerships: Build relationships with companies, platforms, and communities that enhance our reach and reputation.
- Own organic channels: Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Be data-driven: Track marketing performance, run A/B tests, analyze what's working, and scale high-performing strategies.
