• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect components while maintaining high quality standards.
• Operate small production equipment, including presses, scanners, and magnetizing/demagnetizing equipment.
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
• Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities as required.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and report any equipment or safety concerns.
• Rotate between workstations and departments as needed to support production demands.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required. Training is provided.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.73/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
