Hybrid Supervision: Support families and RBTs both in-person and virtually to ensure quality care. Assessments & Planning: Write thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that reflect true client needs. Collaboration: Work closely with caregivers, team members, and school staff to drive results. Ethics & Compliance: Uphold BACB guidelines and payor policies with transparency and accountability. Growth Support: Help shape our future by contributing ideas as we grow in Colorado.
