Growth Marketing Manager, SMB Ads & Growth Experiments

OpenAI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for SMB Ads to design and run fast-paced growth programs across acquisition, activation, lifecycle and retention. You’ll ship experiments, create campaigns, test landing pages, and apply AI-assisted workflows to improve conversion and value for small business advertisers. Collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and marketing operations, you’ll translate strategy into measurable experiments, drive signups to first spend, and sustain #J-18808-Ljbffr Slope
