$2203.20/week - Job Summary: The RN Med-Surg Acute Care/OBS Unit is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role involves managing a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing specialized clinical knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans based on nursing best practices. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with accuracy and precision. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately and thoroughly. Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotations as required. Qualifications: Hold a current RN license to practice in Colorado. Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care, med-surg, telemetry, or similar RN experience. Maintain valid BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Show ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations.
