Description:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, making timely interventions as necessary.
Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate and support them throughout their healthcare journey.
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing evaluations.
Adhere to infection control and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
