RN - LTC - Local Contract

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a Registered Nurses for a full time role at Long Term care facility located in Westchester County. In this position, you'll provide direct nursing care, perform health assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. You'll also administer treatments and procedures within established guidelines and work closely with licensed healthcare providers.

Job Function:

• Conducts nursing assessments, including collecting and updating health information and vital signs using standard procedures.
• Develops, implements, and adjusts care plans; assists with exams and treatments; administers medications as prescribed.
• Monitors and documents patient conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment, reporting any changes in health status.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care and ensure coordinated treatment.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while supporting quality patient care.

• 1 year of post-licenseure experience
• Experience with the geriatric population in a long term care setting
• Experience working with the veteran populations
