Network/Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Network Coordinator to support our service provider network and facilities management operations. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, service providers, and clients to ensure work orders are completed efficiently, invoices are processed accurately, and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Service Provider & Work Order Management

• Assist managers in responding to client inquiries and resolving service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and follow up on active work orders to ensure timely execution and successful completion by service providers.
• Track SLA performance metrics and escalate work orders that fall outside customer expectations or compliance requirements.
• Support providers throughout the work order lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.

Provider Network Administration

• Oversee the onboarding of new service providers, including setup, data entry, training coordination, and required document collection.
• Maintain accurate provider records and ensure compliance by monitoring certifications, insurance, and other critical documentation.
• Manage provider portal functionality and support providers with system access and navigation.
• Communicate system updates, enhancements, and policy changes to the provider network.

Invoice Review & Compliance

• Follow up with contractors to obtain invoices and backup documentation required for client contract compliance.
• Audit contractor invoices to ensure pricing, rates, markups, and billing practices align with contract terms and approved client guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate invoice processing.

Operational Support & Reporting

• Support Service Provider Managers with reporting, administrative, technical, and operational tasks.
• Manage shared inboxes, help desk requests, and provider inquiries.
• Utilize facilities management and CRM platforms to document activities and track performance.
• Collect and analyze operational data to assess provider performance, network coverage, and service effectiveness.
• Assist in monitoring contractor performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3+ years of experience in dispatching, coordination, customer service, service operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, property services, or service-based industries.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or general facilities maintenance operations.
• Familiarity with dispatching software, CRM platforms, or work order management systems.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and provider management platforms.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colwich, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
