Part Time Branch Ambassador - Fordam

Responsibilities As a Branch Ambassador at Capital One, you will: Serve as the Guardian of Trust & Accuracy by executing high-volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy and maintaining compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards. Act as a Digital Concierge by educating clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments. Serve as a First‑Line Consultant by actively listening to uncover personal or business goals and recommending appropriate digital tools or banking solutions. Be a Hospitality Lead by greeting customers, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing a high-volume operation. Essential Functions Support surrounding branches within a 50‑mile radius, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and adapt to schedule changes. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Minimum 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience. Minimum 6 months of cash handling experience. Proficient in G‑Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional qualifications: Associate’s degree, 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience, and proficiency in G‑Suite.
