Senior CNC Machinist Our client, a leading manufacturer in the precision machining industry, is seeking a Senior CNC Machinist to join their team. As a Senior CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Machining Department supporting engineering, quality, and production. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high level of technical machining expertise. Job Title: Senior CNC Machinist (1st & 2nd Shifts Available) Location: Mequon, WI Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr What's the Job? Set up and run multi-axis equipment Troubleshoot advanced machining, tooling, and fixture issues Inspect and validate parts using CMMs and manual gauges; lead first-article processes Recommend and implement tooling and process improvements What's Needed? 57 years of CNC machining experience Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills Experience training and mentoring machinists or operators Ability to independently solve complex machining and tooling challenges What's in it for me?
