Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description Job Description This entry-level Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk supports the Accounting Department by performing accounts payable functions, assisting with monthly expense reporting, and providing backup support for select accounts receivable tasks. The role is responsible for reviewing invoices, supporting timely vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. It is well suited for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a steady volume of transactions in a busy accounting environment. The position also includes general administrative support such as filing, recordkeeping, and ad hoc projects as assigned.
